How to Draw Santa Claus Step by Step

Santa clause is every child's favorite character. He brings presents to them all during Christmas and spreads joy happiness and wonder all across the world. Santa is loved by kids of all ages and they want to draw him as well specially for Christmas cards. But drawing Santa Claus can be a difficult task for many kids. It can be difficult for adults too. In case you are having trouble drawing Santa Claus you can check out the steps I follow to draw him. I keep the process simple so that isn't beginners can draw him easily.

Start with the face then the chubby body. Work out the iconic beard. Add the red hat and coat. Do not forget the gift bag. Finally color it.

Start from the middle

Draw the egg like body first.

Add legs

Keep them short and chubby.

Now the feet

Show Santa wearing some nice boots.

Then the sack

Santa needs the sack to carry the toys. Draw him a beard as well.

Now the hands

Show a hand waving in the air.

Put on some gloves

After all, it is cold in winter.

Next the belt

It holds the coat tightly against the body.

Get the head done

Keep it round.

Now the facial features

Add the eyes and nose.

Final touches

Use a dark pencil for this.

And we color

Santa is ready to see some nice and charming colors.
