Many of you are probably thinking that drawing a baby shark is very difficult. However, that is not the case at all. Baby sharks are easy to draw. At the same time, it is also easy to give them a cute look. But if you are still struggling with this drawing, I think I can help you out with this step by step guide on how to draw a baby shark.
For drawing the shark, we will take a top to bottom approach. This will make it a lot easier for us to draw it and make sure that it looks a bit realistic.
Draw the English letter ‘V’ on the right side of your paper, with its end slightly tilted to the left.
Use a light pencil to draw a curvy belly for the shark.
Similar to the belly, we draw another curve on the top side, with the curve being bigger near the right side.
Connect the fin to the body of the shark with two lines.
Use a darker pencil to darken the outline, and draw the tail fin on the front side.
Draw a similar fin on the backside of the shark.
Use a light pencil to draw a slanted fin on the head, a little bit left from the middle of the shark’s body.
Darken the head fin’s outline, and draw the shark’s mouth.
Draw a double outlined eye on the front side of the shark.
Draw a small nostril on the left side of the eye, and a mark over the shark’s right fin.
You are almost done. Use a darker pencil to add sharpness to your drawing.
Use two different shades of blue to color your shark. And you are done!
