How to Draw Mushrooms Step by Step

If you want to draw mushrooms but do not know where to start do not worry. You have come to the right place. I have been learning how to draw mushrooms since school. Over the years I have gotten a lot better at drawing mushrooms and I think you too you can draw good mushrooms by following my step. So feel free to check them out and give it a shot.

Let us take a top to bottom approach for drawing mushrooms where we draw the top first. Then do the stalk and then finally color.

Start from the top

Draw the umbrella like top first.

Move downwards

Add the stalk.

Throw in some grass

Place them around the bottom of the stalk.

Keep going

Add some more grass.

And some more

Continue with the grass.

Some at the back

Keep the grass coming.

Another stalk

Time to draw a bigger mushroom.

Do the top

Start from the lower part of the umbrella.

Now the top

Round it off at the top.

Almost there

Just a couple of more steps remain.

Final touches

Do not forget to use a dark pencil for this.

And color

The drawing is done. Now we just have to color it.
