I have been learning how to draw lips for a while now and I think my steps will help you to draw them perfectly and in a very short period of time. My tutorial is ideal for beginners. To draw let's start with the upper part. Then move over to the lower one while you keep the curvature accurate. Try not to miss match the shape but it is fine if you do. Afterwards all you need to do is color and your lips drawing is done.

Start from the bottom

Draw the lower part of the lips.

Now the top

Do the upper part now.

Divide it

Separate the upper and lower lips.

Make them distinct

Give the two lips distinct outlines.

Add some marks

A few lines and dots should do.

Keep going

Continue with the marks

Finish it off

Do a dark outline.

Color it

Give it a beautiful and bright red look.
