If you want to learn how to draw eyes, but do not know where to start, you have come to the right place. Over the years, I have perfected the art of drawing eyes, and now capable to pass on this knowledge to others. So if you are having trouble with your eye drawings, check out the steps I follow to draw them.
Start with the outlines and then work on the edges. Follow it up with the pupils, lashes, and eyebrows. Finally, add a bit of details, and color.

Give the edges a sharp look.
Draw big lashes over the eyes.
Two large pupils are drawn, circular in shape, and one for each eye.
Draw a smaller circle inside the pupils.
Use a dark pencil for this.
Draw a line first over the eyes.
The eyebrows are drawn busy.
Just a few more steps to go.
Use a dark pencil for this.
The drawing is done. Now it is time to color the eyes.
