A DNA strand is nothing but the combination of a couple of lines. I draw them easy and simple. There is no reason to be scared of the way I draw DNA. If anything, my approach is very straightforward. Anyone can replicate these drawings with little effort. Just make sure you are not skipping any step along the way. Otherwise you might not get the desired results.
Start with a strand. Then draw the other one and join them. Color the drawing, and you are done.
It has a snake like shape.
Just join another line close to it.
Criss-cross the two strands.
Use lines like you see in a ladder to join the strands.
You are almost done.
Use a dark pencil for that.
Your DNA is ready. Now you just have to color.
