The anchor is just a simple shape, and you should not put in much thought while drawing it. But I know it is easier said than done, as not everyone has the same idea or approach when it comes to drawing. So if you feel like you need a hand with this drawing, feel free to refer to the way I draw anchors.
I do the top part first before working on the main body and hooks. I then work out the minor outlines or any other details for depth. Finally, I start coloring the anchor.
Draw a small circle.
It is not that wide.
It is slightly long.
It is drawn in the shape of a boat.
Draw the tips on bottom part. They are pointy.
Use a light pencil to do so.
You are doing great so far.
Make the top look hollow.
Use a dark pencil to do so.
Time to color the anchor.
