How to Draw A Tree Step by Step

We learnt how to draw a tree as kids. But those were pretty basic designs. Right now, you would want to draw something a bit more detailed. So to help you out, I thought of this rather simple but interesting tree drawing process. It is easy to follow, but will still give you a more detailed drawing.

To draw a tree we are going to start with the base and the ground around it. Then we go upward and do the trunk, followed by the branches. After that we are going to work on the leaves and then color it.

Draw the base

It is a flat half circle.

Now some grass

Draw it small and compact.

Do the trunk

it is wide and long.

Now the branches

Add some leaves on them while you are at it.

More leaves

Continue drawing the leaves.

And some more

Keep it coming.

Draw a few apples

Place them around the top side of the tree.

You are almost done

Keep drawing the fruits.

Final touches

Use a dark pencil to do the final touches on the tree.

Now color it

Use some love green colors to do the leaves and a bright red for the apples.
