How to Draw A Teddy Bear Step by Step

If you want to learn how to draw a teddy bear, but do not know how, you can check out my drawing process. I too have struggled with these teddy drawings. However, I eventually managed to get over those struggles and was able to perfect the teddy bear drawings. If you would like, you can check out the steps I follow to draw them, and replicate the steps to draw your own teddy bear.

I start drawing from the top and keep the overall shape a bit round. The facial features are rather small in my drawing, which helps the cuteness. For colors, I prefer darker shades, but you can get as creative as you want.

Start with the head

Draw it in the shape of an egg.

Do the eyes next

They are round and tiny.

Now the nose

The small nose is triangle shaped.

Draw the mouth

Keep it a bit bulky.

Draw the body

The body is big and wide.

Next the hands

They are drawn pressed against the body.

Now the legs

They look a bit flat on paper.

Do the ears next

Keep the round.

Add a bow tie

Draw it right below the neck.

Add a heart

Draw it on the belly right under the bow tie.

Final touches

Use a dark pencil to add the final touches.

Coloring time

Time to color your cute little teddy bear.
