Just like how you learned how to draw a star, you can learn how to draw a starfish. The process is almost the same, with very minor changes. But in case you need help drawing the starfish, check out my procedure.
Start by drawing the basic star outlines. Add some minor marks and curves around the surface. Finally, get coloring and complete the drawing.
Draw a V shape on the top but give it a curvy or round edge instead of a pointy one.
Draw another V on the right.
Do another one on the bottom right.
This time on the bottom left.
This one goes on the left.
Add a few bubble like shapes on the body.
The bubbles are drawn all over the starfish arms.
This time let us do a few lines across the arms.
You are doing great so far. Add the mouth now.
Give the starfish a nice pair of round eyes.
Use a dark pencil to land a sharp look on the starfish.
The drawing is ready. Time to color your starfish.
