I draw a ship by starting from the bottom with a double outline. I follow this up with the cabins on the upper deck. I then add the rails and windows, and final details before coloring the ship.

Start from the bottom

Draw the base first. Use a light pencil.

Add a double outline

Give the base a second outline.

Start drawing the cabins

Start with a few lines above the base.

Draw the outline

Do the outline of the upper decks.

Draw the windows

Use a light pencil to draw the windows.

Draw the top rails

Use small lines to show the railings.

Keep going

You are doing great. Keep going, you are almost done.

Final touches

Use a dark pencil to add the last few touches.

And color it

Your ship has been drawn. Time to color.
