To draw a shield, you only need to use a few simple shapes. It is the way you arrange these shapes that help form the shield. As easy as it is, you might still need some help with it. I too learned to draw them by observing other tutorials. And you too should pay close attention to the process I follow if you want to draw them perfectly.
Start with the outlines and move inside afterward. Draw the swords then and add designs. Finally, take your colors and carefully color the artwork.
Draw it like you would draw a tooth.
Do a double outline now.
Draw the outlines and show them crossing each other.
Draw the bases of the swords.
Draw a few designs on the shield and swords.
Continue with the designs.
Draw a double outlined circle at the center.
Use a dark pencil to add the final touches.
Your drawing is done. Time to color the shield.
