A scarf is a very important piece of clothing, especially during the winter. It is also something fashion designers regularly have to work with when planning a new style or scarf design. But you do not have to go that far to draw a scarf. You can instead take a simple approach to it, something I do. And for you to learn, I even went as far as devising a straightforward scarf drawing tutorial.

Start with the basic outline. Add a few creative designs. Wrap the scarf around. Add some color, and you are done.

Use a light pencil for this.

Extend the scarf

Use long threaded strands for this.

Keep going

Carry on with the extension.

Wrap it around

Give the scarf a quick wrap from the topside.

Bring it around

Do it from the top.

Pull it down

Bring the scarf back down again.

Add some designs at the back

Repeat the same designs you did on the front.

Almost done

Just replicate the same style as before.

Final touches

Get a dark pencil for this.

Now we color

The drawing is done. Now we just have to color.
