How to Draw A Palm Tree Step by Step

In my opinion, it is much easier to draw a palm tree than any other type of tree. Palm trees require minimum effort to draw. All you need to ensure are a few simple structures, and you are good to go. And if you are not sure how you can do so, feel free to check out the steps I personally follow to draw palm trees.

For our palm trees, we will first draw a couple of islands, and then place long lines on them. Then, we work on the top of those lines to draw the palm leaves. And that is pretty much it.

Start from the bottom

Draw two half circles for the islands.

Draw the tree

Keep it wide near the bottom and thin at top.

Add the leaves

Draw some bushy leaves on top of the palm tree.

Keep adding the leaves

Make it look really bushy.

Draw another tree

This one is a bit in the distant.

Give the new tree some leaves

Again, it should look bushy.

Keep going

You are almost done. Just a few more steps.

Draw a darker outline.

Use a dark pencil to draw the final outline.

Carefully color your palm trees.
