I like the idea of Jellyfishes. They are fishes, but they do not resemble your typical fish structure. In many ways, our perception of how aliens might look come from our knowledge of how these Jellyfishes look. That being said, it is not that difficult to draw a jellyfish. Start with the head. Do the eyes and mouths. Then draw the tentacles. Finally color it and you are done.

Start from the top

Draw an umbrella like shape.

Complete the top

Finish the head structure.

Add eyes

Do the outlines for now.

Now the eyebrows

Do the insides of the eyes too.

Now the mouth

Put a smile on that face.

Start drawing the tentacles

Keep the long and thin.

Get a dark pencil for this.
