The hammerhead shark has a very distinct look. The hammer like structure of its head is what separates it from other types of sharks and sea creatures. If you want to draw a hammerhead shark, you must incorporate this distinct feature quite nicely in your drawing. And in case you do not know how to do so easily, you can follow my simple stepwise approach.
We start drawing a hammerhead shark from its head. We then slide over to its bulky body and fins. Next we add its facial features. Finally, when the details are all there, we can start coloring our hammerhead shark.
It is shaped like a hammer, just as the name suggests.
Use a dark pencil to darken the outline of the head.
Draw a line from the right side of the head.
Repeat the same for the other side of the body.
A single line running from the head to tail does the work here.
The shark is waving at you with this fin.
Keep the eyes oval.
Give the hammerhead shark a wide smile.
It is big and sharp on the top.
A few lines behind the mouth will work for this part.
Add these final touches using a dark and sharp pencil.
Time to color your hammerhead shark.
