A graduation cap is easy to draw. But you still need to know how to structure it right. It has a flat look, but is also somewhat dimensional in its own way. It also has depth. So if you want to learn how to draw a graduation cap with all those details, but do not know where to start, you can refer to the way I draw these caps.
Start with the topside. Make your way downwards. Color the cap, and you are done.
Draw an angle first.
This will form the top of the cap.
This is to give the top some depth.
Draw two arches from two sides of the top.
It should look like an upside down bowl.
This is where the ribbon goes
Keep it long and thin.
Use a dark pencil for this.
Your graduation cap is ready. Now you just have to color.
