How to Draw A Goat Step by Step

I find goats to be very adorable. They are cute, and have a very gentle appeal to themselves. While drawing a goat, I try to incorporate all these tiny details so that even as a beginner level drawing, the goat looks close to real. Of course, this takes a bit of effort, something I know many of you have trouble figuring out. So if that is the case, I recommend you give my goat drawing approach a try, and see how it works out for you.

Start from the top and then do the rest of the body. Work on the details on its head and legs. Color it, and your goat drawing is ready.

Start with the ear

Draw it flat and long, a bit sloppy.

Now the body

Show that the goat is turned towards you.

Add the legs

Draw them long and thin.

Next the udder

Place it between the two hind legs.

Add some details

Use a light pencil for this.

Keep going

You are almost there.

Now the eyes

This will help with the facial expressions.

Do not forget the horns

Draw the horns a bit pointy and curved.

Final touches

Use a dark pencil for this.

Color the goat

Your drawing is complete. Now you just have to color it.
