I am sure most of you know how to draw a frog from your science or biology classes. However, if you want to draw a frog for artistic purposes, you do not need to go through the hassles of including so many details. You can keep it very simple and straightforward. It also takes less time to draw frogs this way. If you are not aware of the procedure I am talking about, feel free to look into the steps I follow to draw a frog easily.
To draw a frog, I start with a base where the frog will stand, then get straight to its body. I keep the body oval like an egg, and then add all the limbs, eyes, and details. Once the final touches are added, I color the frog and give it a natural look.
Draw a big round leaf.
Some curvy lines will do the trick here.
Start with the frog’s round body. Give it an egg like shape.
A simple outline will do the work here.
The head is slightly wider than the body.
The arms are long and placed on the leaf.
The legs are bent and supporting the frog on the leaf.
The eyes are oval in shape.
The nose and mouth are drawn using a light pencil.
Add the final touches. Use a bold pencil to do so.
Color the frog. Give it a nice shade of green.
