Falcons are mighty and ferocious. Their large size makes them look somewhat scary to many people including bird lovers. I for one like falcons. I can draw them well too. And in case you want to learn how to draw a falcon, you have come to the right place. I have developed my own falcon drawing technique, and I think you can learn a lot from my lesson as long as you follow it wholeheartedly.

We will start with the body itself, then work out the facial features. After that, we draw the feathers and claws, color it, and we will be done. Simply as it is.

Start with the head

Keep the head small.

Now the body

First we draw the upper part.

Keep it going

Then we draw the lower part.

Extend the body

Use a light pencil for this.

Work out the lower details

Extend the lower part.

Draw the claws

Keep the claws as sharp as you can.

Now the eyes

Draw the eyes bold and dark.

Next some feathers

This will give your drawing a bit of depth.

Almost there

Add the final touches with a dark pencil.

Color the falcon

Carefully color your drawing to complete it.
