The Cheetah is a ferocious animal. I love cheetahs a lot, mostly because of their spotted patterns. I have tried replicating them in my cheetah drawings but to no avail. I could never perfectly draw a cheetah. But I did not give up easily. I practiced and eventually found an easy approach to drawing cheetah. And if you want, you too can follow this approach.
Start with the head and work your way to the body. Add facial features and then the patterns. Detail the drawing and then color it. Your cheetah is ready.
Draw the head first. Initially, work on just the outlines of the skull.
Start adding the ears and the mouth of your cheetah.
Work out the eyes and whiskers on your cheetah.
Use a light pencil to draw the full body next.
Use a dark pencil to deepen the outline of your cheetah.
Keep the tail long and a bit thick as well.
Use a light pencil to draw the spots on the cheetah.
Continue going with the spots.
You are almost done. Just a little more left to do.
You are done drawing the cheetah. Now you just have to color it.
