Fall leaves are fun and easy to draw. I quite enjoy drawing them mostly because they have a simple and straightforward shape, and even in their simplest form, they look really nice and attractive. If you don’t like to draw fall leaves, or think they’re not that easy to draw, it’s probably because your approach is difficult. I worked my way around these drawing with the help of a few tutorials, which I think can help you guys as well.
Drawing fall leaves is relatively easy, no matter if you’re drawing a realistic version, or something a little less realistic. To draw a fall leaf, you start with the outline, and then work on the details within it. That way, you’ll have a structure to refer to, and can use it to map the design of the leaf, and ensure its symmetry.
This tutorial is perfect for kids. It's easy to follow, and there aren't any complex drawing techniques involved here. It's only a matter of getting the outline right, and the rest of the drawing is pretty straightforward from there onwards. Kids will love working on this drawing, given how easy it is to draw leaves like this.
