Introduction
If you want to draw a human face, it’s important that you know how to draw eyes. The eyes are the most vital part of the face. By perfecting your eye drawing, you’ll be able to make your artwork look ten times better. This is exactly why I trained myself to perfectly draw the human eye. I did so by following a bunch of tutorials on YouTube. Prior to this, I faced a lot of difficulties while drawing eyes. These tutorials helped me develop my eye drawing skills, and I’m sure you too will benefit from them.
To draw an eye, you first start with the outline, and then work on the insides. The eyebrows and eyelashes are equally important here. The pupil is where a lot of your attention should be focused on. In order to add depth, you should use proper shades and shadows.

We start things off with a simple, yet beautiful and realistic looking eye drawing. This tutorial is quite easy to follow, and doesn’t require any prior experience with drawing or sketching. The steps here are very simple, and although the drawing isn’t that detailed, it still manages to land a realistic look.

This hyper realistic looking eye drawing is one of the most beautiful sketches you’ll ever see. It has so much depth and detailing in it that can make anyone fall in love with this art piece. The artist uses a precise combination of light and shades to create such an accurate field of depth. It’s almost as if you were looking into the eyes of an actual person. All that being said, I should warn you that this is quite a difficult thing to draw, and you’ll be better off working on it if you’re somewhat experienced with drawing and sketching with such high levels of detail.

Here, we look at another realistic eye drawing with proper depth and detailing. The drawing seen here is achieved by playing around with the eyebrows. As you can see, the artist put in a lot of emphasis on the eyebrows, and tried to give them the same amount of attention as they had done with the eye itself. In addition to that, the pupil, and the reflection within the eye is also quite gorgeous to look at. This is indeed a difficult thing to draw, and I recommend you get some practice done before you sit down to replicate this particular eye drawing.

Every time I’m required to work on a human face, or even just the eyes, I take a quick peek at this list or the video itself, and then begin my work.
