Owls are some of my most favorite birds. I love owls, and I love drawing them even more. Of course, I was not good at drawing owls. I improved over time, and this was possible thanks to a select few tutorials that helped me through the process. I know many of you are eager to draw owls too, but don’t know where to start. For you, I recommend the same tutorials that helped me perfect my owl drawings. If they could get me to improve my drawing skills, I’m sure they can help you too.
There are two ways to draw an owl. There’s the cute way, where you give the owl an adorable look, and a simple stance. Then there’s the majestic, or classy way, where the owl has a much broader stance, and looks somewhat like a British gentleman. It’s all to do with the eyes, and the way the posture is drawn.
This video tutorial, designed specifically for kids, will show you how to draw a cute owl. It’s a simple drawing, and doesn’t work with any sort of detailing. The process is quite simple, and the whole approach will take you only 5 or 10 minutes to complete. Kids will enjoy working on something that’s so simple, yet quite nice to look at.
