Introduction
In order to learn how to draw a skull, I went through a couple of hours of YouTube tutorials. I did so because I wasn’t that confident in my skull drawings. So, I wanted to improve my work, and as expected, I was able to develop my skull drawings, thanks to those videos. Like me, I know that many of you want to draw that perfect skull, but are struggling to do so. So why not follow the tutorials I did, and see where they take you?
To draw a skull, you start with the basic outline first, and then draw the eye, nose, and mouth cavities. Then, you can decide how detailed you’d like your drawing to be. You can even get creative with the drawing, and maybe give it a unique design.

In this video tutorial, the artist will provide you with a step by step guide on how to draw a skull. It’s a very easy tutorial to follow, and will allow you to draw a perfect looking skull. The drawing is moderately detailed, and looks quite realistic as well. This tutorial is perfect for beginners who can’t afford to get some practice done before taking on the more realistic looking drawings.

This here is a very basic, and straightforward tutorial on drawing skulls. It doesn’t have any details, nor does it follow a complex drawing process, which makes it ideal for kids and beginners. However, the lack of details, and the rather bland way of drawing makes this skull look a bit odd. It’s still good for practice though, and I do recommend that you give it a try if you have the time.

In this video, the artist will draw the skull digitally, and explain the whole process to you. It’s basically a video that shows various tips and tricks that can be used to draw skulls. Although the artist is using his computer to do so, you can apply the same techniques in your regular pencil drawings, and get similar results.

This video tutorial will show you how to draw a skull in just 4 minutes. It’s a pretty easy tutorial, and won’t take you much time to understand. In fact, you can draw along the video, and get equally good results. The tutorial is ideal for beginners, as well as for artists, who’re a bit more advanced.

This amazing skull drawing tutorial focuses on a more realistic approach of drawing skulls. It’s an easy tutorial, but you’ll still need some practice before you can replicate the drawing seen in this video. The artist emphasizes a lot on the shape of the skull, and the proportions of the cavities. So I recommend you treat this advice as sacred, and do the same for your own skull drawings.

Apart from the perfect shapes and proportions, the other thing that makes this skull drawing look so realistic is the proper use of shading and shadows to give it depth. This is what you’re main focus for this tutorial should be. You need to work your way around the drawing, and see how to give it depth with the help of accurate pencil shades.

This video tutorial on how to draw skulls is very detailed, and follows a stepwise manner. It’s perfect for beginners, and can teach them a lot about proper proportions, and shapes. The drawing in this tutorial is quite rough. It’s like a field of skulls, with fleshless bones just lying around. But I still found this tutorial to be quite helpful. It gave me a good idea as to how your skull drawing need not have perfect edges and proportions all the time, and how you can ditch those standards, and still manage to draw a beautiful skull.

In this video tutorial, the artist will show you how you can draw the front and side profile of a skull. When you look at a skull from the side, it’ll definitely look a lot different than how it looks from the front. This is not just in terms of symmetry and proportions, but also in terms of size and shape. Hence, this is a very important tutorial for you all. You need to understand how the drawings can differ depending on the angle and perspective you’re viewing it from.

Beautiful and Easy Skull Drawing Technique
The skull in this drawing tutorial has been drawn with the help of pen and ink. The pens used in this tutorial are very specialized, and they’ve been specifically made for drawing and sketching. Even if you can’t use the exact pens seen here, I recommend you get something similar, or use your normal graphite pencil to create a similar effect.
