The carrot is a simple vegetable to draw, and doesn’t need much attention in terms of details. Hence, you could just go about drawing it without having to study any tutorial or demonstration. But I like to work on my drawings pre-prepared. So, I took the usual route, and went through a bunch of tutorials before sitting myself down to draw the carrot.
To draw a carrot, you need to do two things. First, you get draw the outline, or a simple line diagram of the vegetable. Then, you simply shade or add a few details with your pen or pencil. That’s it. Your carrot drawing is ready.
This is a drawing that children will love working on. It’s simple, and easy to work with, which makes it the perfect drawing for kids. No complexity whatsoever in this drawing. It’s basically a couple of shapes merged together to form the carrot. The drawing is imperfect, but it’s easy. Hence, it’s something kids will be comfortable with while drawing.
